Leaking fish tank repair to structure complete!

After many years of minor leakage, the fish tank caused significant damage within the central area of a large home. The walls need to be opened up, the damage repaired and the surrounding materials restored to a proper finish.

Once the area was cleared and opened up, the rot and damage was accessible for removal and repair. Due to organic materials, a mold and mildew remediation was required.

Original surface and trim materials needed to be matched to blend into the area.

Interior hallway was not affected with careful planing and approach.

This water damage and rot repair was successfully completed and the systems restored to proper, leak free operating status! Drywall was blended smooth wall and all finishes were left primed and awaiting a painting contractor!
